Quite a bit of money can be spent searching for acne cures that work. There are so many products available, that it is hard to know which ones to try. You try one product, only to be disappointed, and then spend a lot of money on another system that claims it will cure your acne, only to be disappointed again. It seems to be a never ending cycle of looking for a cure, thinking youve found an acne cure, then being disappointed all over again.

The biggest problem is that people dont give the acne cures enough time to actually work, switching from one product to the next on a weekly basis. Furthermore, you must keep your hair and your hands off your face. Hair and hands contain oils that contribute to acne. Squeezing or popping acne pimples is another problem, because it spreads the bacteria, and often causes scarring as well.

You may have a food allergy that is causing your acne. If this is the case, a visit to an allergy specialist, determining what foods you are allergic to, and eliminating those foods from your diet will cure your acne in most cases. Many people dont realize that they have food allergies, although most of us actually do, and in many cases, the only symptom that there is an allergy is, in fact, an acne breakout!

Making simple lifestyle changes may be the best acne cure available to you, and you may be pleasantly surprised at the results - especially considering how small the changes are. You should also increase your intake of vitamins A and E, as both of the vitamins promote healthy skin. You can take supplements, or eat foods that are rich in one or both of these vitamins. This small change can also help to cure or prevent acne.

However, if making these small lifestyle changes, and using over the counter acne treatments does not provide an acne cure for you, it may be necessary for you to visit a dermatologist to determine what will work. There are many different treatments available that have proven to be effective acne cures. While most of the acne cures your dermatologist will recommend can be expensive, they are usually well worth the cost. Again, make sure that you give the treatment time to work, and follow the directions of your dermatologist for use of the medication.

Healthy eating is important for everyone, from babies to the elderly. Learning to eat well is more than just eating a variety of foods so that your body gets the proper nutrients. Self Image
This is a generally neglected area in peoples life. It is closely connected to the success or failure of any undertaking. Self-image is your true opinion of yourself. A personal account of who you are, visually, mentally and physically. Most of us do not work on our self-image. We battle against it, disbelieving and ignoring its existence. History repeats itself when we do not attend to the needs of our self-image. Learn how to improve your self-image by putting the following steps into practice. When you apply these principles on a daily basis you will see amazing results.

Self-diagnosis
Make a list of all the negative thoughts you have about yourself. Things like I always eat bad foods, my life is always a mess, I procrastinate, I am no good at this, what if it doesnt work? etc. When you have finished write another list including everything you like about yourself. Make this list longer than the first. Only use positive language. I am a good listener, I dress well, I understand nutrition, I am always on time etc. Now take every item on your negative list and create its positive opposite. The brain will accept as true all the information you feed it.

Decide on your new Self Image
Now that you have an improvement list, create a new image for yourself. Regularly visualize yourself doing and being everything on your list. Vividly depict the areas of your life you are changing or improving. When you go to bed at night spend 5-10 minutes watching the new you. You may be thinner, have a great body shape, very fit, fantastic friends and social life. These mental images retrain your self-image and reinforce your desires. The brain doesnt know the difference between what is real and what is vividly imagined. You can turn your desired images into reality. Decide you want a new image and get busy mentally creating it.

Focus on success.
Keep a daily diary listing all your successes. As you progress the number of entries will grow. Your self-image will strengthen and mirror your list of improvements, giving positive reinforcement to the new you.

Work in the Present
Many people dwell on past mistakes or worry about the future. NOW is the only moment you can control. Chris Widener says that time is more important than money. We can always make more money, but we can never make more time. You can more forward at a much faster pace if you concentrate on what you can achieve now.

Have a Life Plan
There are numerous cds and books devoted to the importance of goal setting and how to accomplish it. If you dont have at least one I suggest you start buying NOW.
Make your plan in three sections
How I want to be. Write your list here and add a date when you will achieve each item.
What I want to have. Write a list of things you want to acquire, include photos, and put down the date you intend to have them.
What I need to do. Here write the plan of how you will achieve the above.
This is goal setting. Ensure your goals are genuine desires, realistic and well defined.

Affirmations
Every day in Every way I am getting Better and Better.
Busy people dont have time to reinforce their self-image countless times a day. Even though this is the fastest way to rejuvenate self-image. So have flash cards with you, on your desk, in the car, bathroom, next to the bed. Use short affirmations to trigger positive images in your mind.

Set aside time each day to work on your self-development. With a positive self-image your strength will grow and your weaknesses diminish. Following the above simple steps involves self-discipline and a desire to achieve success in life. Be focused and your self-image and business will soar.

Here is how to build a natural smoothie that can stop constipation, relieve acne, improve your skin and give you more energy. The smoothie base is a liquid slurry that can be used to add more natural ingredients.

The liquid base can be made from various fresh juices or rice, oat, or almond milks. I stay away from milk since milk creates mucus along the gastrointestinal lining. Choose and mix any of the following liquids and pour them into a blender.

Juices apple, pineapple, orange, tangerine
Milks rice dream, oat milk, almond milk

I use a combination of 40% rice dream, 40% almond milk, and 20% apple juice. You can use the combinations you like. Sometimes I might just use all rice dream. Other times I will mix 75% almond milk with 25% fresh apple juice.

All of these juices provide liquid to your colon to help your stop constipation.

Sesame Milk

You can also make sesame milk and use this in your smoothies.

In his book, Blending Magic, Bernard Jensen, Nutritionist, has a real nice recipe for sesame milk.

I believe that sesame seed is one of our best. It is a wonderful drink for gaining weight and for lubricating the intestinal tract. Its nutritional value is beyond compare, as it is high in protein and minerals. This is the seed that is used so much as a basic food in Arabia and East India.

Blend for 1- 1 1/2 minutes to make smooth,

2 cups of distilled water
1/4 cup of Sesame Seed
2 Tablespoons Soy Milk Powder

In place of 2 cups of distilled water use 1 cup of water and 1 cup of low fat rice dream and leave out the 2 tablespoons of soy milk powder. This will make this drink less fattening. I prefer not to give children soymilk or soy products because of their estrogen mimicking characteristics.
Banana Base

Next I always put in a banana. This gives the liquid a bit more thickness. Also bananas are high in potassium and other minerals. They contain little fiber and yet do not create constipation when used with other fiber fruits. Use bananas that are not spotted since at this point they are quite ripe and are more fattening.

I freeze bananas so when I am out of fresh ones I can use frozen ones.
Main Ingredients

Next I choose a fruit that will be the main ingredient. I use strawberries when they are in season, if you have fresh organic fruit, then this is the best way to create your smoothie. What I do is freeze fruit during its season so I can have some of this fruit a bit long than its seasonal run. If the fruit is organic, use the whole fruit without peeling. Whole fruits contain a lot of fiber that will help you stop constipation.

Choose from fruits that are in season.

Avocado
Cantaloupe
Peach, mango, papaya
Pineapple, apricots, apples
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Figs
Dried prunes, peaches, apricots, figs

Nutrients to Add to Your Smoothie Base

Once you have your basic smoothie, you can add other nutrients that will provide you with additional fiber, oil, vitamins, minerals and many other nutrients.

Here is a shortlist of some of the ingredients you can add to your smoothies. Add only 2-3 other ingredients so your smoothie taste doesnt get to complex or unusual. But can experiment with the different nutrients you wish to add.

Almonds
Beet Juice powder
Black strap molasses
Capra mineral whey
Distilled water Ice cubes
Fig Juice syrup
Flaxseed and flax seed oil
Honey, rice syrup
Lecithin granules
Powder vitamin C
Raisins
Rice or oat bran
Sesame seeds
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds
Wheat germ

Making smoothies is fun and nutritional. Once you create the base slurry, then you can add many other natural ingredients the will give energy, stop constipation, clear acne, and provide many other health benefits.
